These days, almost all the patients prefer the super quick blepharoplasty. However if there are too much extra fat, or have a thick skin we dont recommend this type of surgery. We recommend the fat removing blepharoplasty. We will remove the fat thru a small stab incision along the double edged line. The incision will be closed using a buried dermal suture. So it will not show any signs of thread. When the wound heals the scar will not be visible especially to the untrained eye (non surgeon).

Surgery process
	The condition of the subcutaneous fat covering the eye which causes the eyes look baggy.
	From the double edge crease, we will remove the extra fat from a very small stab incision. The scar will not visible because it is on the line.
	Suture the stab incision of the eye lid with the original suture. The scars will not be visible.
