If the nasal implant’s size and shape are inappropriate in size, when it is injected in the nose for a long time there is a possibility that the prosthesis could go thin. In our hospital, there are doctors who have experienced numbers of cases who have applied the properly sized and shaped prosthesis to the patient.

Complete burying method
	Using the Jiyuujusi, we will take model of the patient’s face. It will take approximately 10min. until the Jiyuujusi gets hard. ※Jiyuujusi….A resin which is soft and able to change its shape.
	When the model is taken, we put in the plaster in it. It will take approximately 10 min. for the plaster to get hard and then there will be an exact face model.
	The doctor will trim & shape the nasal implant according to the nose model and the request of the patient.

Surgery ends in just 20min.

Noselift (Rhinoplasty) improves the appearance and proportion of your nose, enhancing facial harmony and self confidence. The nasl implant will adhere to the bone and the periosteum after a few days of surgery. And at this time it will stabilize its self.

There will be no scars visible after the surgery.

Rhinoplasty incisions are hidden at the nostril base and/or inside the nose allow access to reshape underlying cartilage and/or bone. Therefore, there will be no scars visible when the wound is completely healed. Once the prosthesis gets stabled, it will fit to your nose very naturally that some can forget that they actually had the surgery. The high grade nasal implant is a soft material just as the nose cartilage so the appearance after the surgery will be very natural.

The high grade prosthesis is one of highest quality medical artificial cartilages. The size and shape was especially tailored for the specific patient to achieve a natural contour and harmony with the rest of the face. The inplant is soft just like having the real cartilage. The patient wont have to worry about blowing one’s nose or bumping into something that would displace the implant. And of course, it will never glow in the dark with black light. There are usually 2 types of prosthesis (artificial cartilage) used in Rhinoplasty. In our hospital we use the L-shaped prosthesis for more stability.

Rhinoplasty 1 year warranty system

Within 1 year after surgery, when the doctor noted that there is a need to replace the prosthesis, we will replace the prosthesis for free. Taking off the prosthesis will be free.

The reason why we do not offer ear cartilage graft for nasal augmentation is because of the limitation of its use. We cannot achieved the height and projection we want unlike when we use a silicon nasal implant. In augmentation rhinoplasty the GOLD standard is still silicon inplant.
