To all our SRC followers and members who missed out on the previous giveaway, here’s your chance to win a Hotel Accommodation for 2 in Boracay at Feliz Hotel!
Eligibility
• Open to all Shinagawa Rewards Circle (SRC) members.
• Strictly no walk-ins.
•Bookings made through the following channels will not be accepted: Shinagawa LASIK website (Live Chat & Online Booking), phone call, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
How to Join
• Refer someone for LASIK through the official SRC website and use SRCHOTEL25 for the promo code
• Your referred patient must successfully complete their screening and surgery within the promo period.
• Each successful referral earns one (1) raffle entry to the giveaway.
• Applicable at Shinagawa Ortigas and BGC.
Promo Period
• Valid for referrals with completed screening and surgery from December 1 to December 9; 13 to 30, 2025 ONLY.
Raffle Prize
• The winner will receive a hotel accommodation for two (2) at a premier hotel in the metro.
• Voucher is transferable but not convertible to cash.
Winner Selection & Announcement
• Raffle draw will be held on January 5, 2026 at Shinagawa Ortigas.
• The winner will be announced through SRC’s Instagram account and will be notified via email and/or direct message.
Claiming of Prize
• Winner must present a valid ID and the official notification message/email to claim the prize.
• The prize must be claimed and booked within the validity period stated in the hotel voucher.
Additional Guidelines
• Multiple referrals are allowed; each successful referral counts as one raffle entry.
• Cancelled, invalid, or duplicate referrals will not be counted.
•The referrer and the referred patient must not have the same surgery date.
•The referrer cannot be referred by his referred patient. Only the first referral submitted by the referrer will be counted.
• Shinagawa reserves the right to verify all referral details and disqualify fraudulent entries.
• By joining, participants agree to follow the promo mechanics and consent to have their name announced if they win.
