- All Shinagawa Lasik Center patients who have undergone comprehensive eye screening or any other eye surgery at the BGC Branch are entitled to a 20% discount on Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care’s Allergy Test.
- To validate the LASIK patient, they are required to share their full name and date of appointment to the Patient Care Line Agents for confirmation.
- The discount is transferable. If the patient would like to transfer the discount to another person, they must provide the Shinagawa LASIK patient’s name and appointment date for verification.
- The discount can be transferred to more than one person, as long as it is validated that the Shinagawa LASIK patient has completed their appointment at the Shinagawa BGC Branch.
- This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with any other existing Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care promotions and vouchers.
- The promotional discount or free item(s)/services(s) is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).
