• Patient must be 18 to 45 years old to qualify
• Must have a stable eyeglass or contact lens prescription for the last 2 years
• No existing eye or medical condition
• Not pregnant or nursing - This promo is applicable in BGC branch – Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
- Prior appointment is required. The patient must present an employee ID to avail.
- The promotional discount or free item(s)/services(s) is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).
