- Students can all avail FREE LASIK Screening.
- Prior appointment is required. Student ID must be presented in our clinics to avail.
- If qualified for the procedure, student may avail the following exclusive student LASIK rates (lowest rates):

- Aside from LASIK Consent form, student will also be required to sign a waiver form:

- Student releases all rights on the content/s they will produce to Shinagawa
- Shinagawa may re-use/ repost/ the content for marketing and clinic purposes.
- Posts must be completed within 1 week from LASIK surgery.
