+ - What medicines does Shinagawa Pharmacy sell?
Primarily, we offer eye care essentials for our patients in line with our eye centers. In addition, we also offer beauty and wellness products for our patients and other clients to help boost their health and overall appearance.

+ - CAN I BUY AND SEND MEDICINE TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, you can also order and pay via Pay Maya if you want to send a medicine to someone else. On the checkout page, select ship to a different address and add the shipping details of that person.
You will receive an email regarding the payment details.
Note: We required a valid prescription for all prescription drug online orders.
+ - WILL SHINAGAWA PHARMACY MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME TO FIND THE DOCTOR'S PRESCRIBED MEDICINE/S FOR ME?
That's the goal of Shinagawa Pharmacy --- to give you an easy access to your needed eye and health medicines. If you're a Shinagawa patient, it will be easier for you to get the prescribed medicine/s of our doctors since most, if not all, are already available in our pharmacy. No need to spend time and find it elsewhere.
+ - WILL I BE GUIDED IN TERMS OF FINDING PRESCRIBED MEDICINES FOR ME?
Yes indeed. Our customer care team and pharmacists are ready to help you with your medical needs up until your purchase is complete. Prior to that, it will be our doctor’s pleasure to prescribe you with the most suited medicines for your eye and/or wellness essentials.

+ - How can I order my prescribed medications at Shinagawa Pharmacy?
There are two ways (online & in-store) for you order your prescriptions at Shinagawa Pharmacy.
First, you can order here online to make it easier for you. Choose your meds and we'll deliver it to your doorstep.
Second, you can directly go to our in-store pharmacy in BGC and get your dose there.

FAQ about ORDERS, SHIPPING, & DISCOUNTS
+ - How can I order prescription drugs?
Orders with prescription drugs are required to attach a copy of a valid prescription that contains the following details: date of prescription, patient’s name, prescriber’s name and license number during checkout.
+ - CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you actually can. You can pick it up in our in-store pharmacy in our BGC branch in Ore Central Building, BGC.
+ - CAN I BOOK MY OWN COURIER?
We already have a partner courier to bring your order/s to you. To assure the safety of the delivery of your ordered products to you, we tied up with La La Move for them to take care of that.
+ - WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay by using PayMaya.
+ - DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we have same day delivery for confirmed orders until 2 p.m.
+ - HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
Fixed shipping fee for orders from Metro Manila, and nearby ahead, is P150, while it is P300 for orders from beyond.
+ - I HAVE A PROMO CODE. HOW CAN I USE IT?
Promo codes may be used when you’re ready to checkout your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you will find an apply Promo Code box below the cart total. Enter the promo code in the box, and click “apply”. The corresponding discount will be applied to your total amount.
You need to be logged in to your account to use the discount code. Please make sure that the discount code has been applied to your order before you check out and submit your order.
+ - I’ve changed my mind about a product. Can I return or exchange it?
Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage, or expired items. For valid refunds or exchanges, you may send us an email at pharmacy@shinagawa.ph
+ - IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED TO USE THE PROMO CODE?
Yes. Most of our Promo Codes will require a minimum purchase depending on the promo.
+ - Do you accept senior citizen discounts?
Yes. If you are a legally registered Senior Citizen, you may avail of the Senior Citizen discount on your order. Please note that the discount only applies to a maximum of a month’s worth of prescription medicines, and also applies only to medicines covered by relevant Philippine laws.
