2. How to book an appointment:

Visit the Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care Booking Form Book an Appointment
Select “Shinagawa Rewards Circle” in the Membership/Organization dropdown.
Add the applicable promo code in the Promo Code field. (The promo rate will not be applied if SRC members fail to input the promo code during the booking process.)
A Patient Care Agent from Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care will call and email to confirm your appointment date and time, along with important reminders for your visit.

3. Day of Appointment:

Please proceed to the Shinagawa Diagnostic & Preventive Care clinic at the 23rd Floor of Ore Central Tower.
Before proceeding with the Allergy Test, the patient will first undergo a consultation with the in-house doctor to determine the recommended allergy test panel based on their needs.
Results will be sent to the patient via email within 7 working days.
