Shinagawa Holds Successful Community Run in Partnership with The Run Collective (TRC)
Always steps ahead in terms of eye care and wellness, Shinagawa Lasik & Aesthetics held its first community run in partnership with The Run Collective (TRC) last July 26 in and around Ore Central, BGC to jumpstart its Social Sundays drive.
In the successful morning running event, Shinagawa teamed up with The Run Collective, led by its founder Migs Bustos and his fellow coaches, to conduct a productive 60-minute run in different pace groups for attending runners around the BGC premises.
Following the run, the runners gladly stormed the Shinagawa Wellness Lounge on the 8th floor of the Ore Central for breakfast and fun, relaxing activities focused on eye care along with health and wellness.
There, Shinagawa Marketing & Business Development Director Tahnee Sunga and Corporate Marketing Officer Tiffanie Cabudsan conducted talks on how the country’s leading eye and wellness clinic can help as runners learned more about the health improvements they can explore to help their running journeys.

Most certainly, LASIK was a hot topic as runners with blurry vision looked to undergo the procedure to free themselves from glasses and specs and enjoy running even more with bright vision. In fact, numerous runners followed the event by receiving their complimentary Comprehensive Eye Screening at Shinagawa’s renowned eye center on the 21st floor to start their journey toward perfect vision.
Exclusive discounted LASIK rates were also offered to attendees to encourage them to pursue bright vision, like they chase their personal records.

Bustos, who had LASIK in Shinagawa back in 2019 to improve his life, also held an informative running seminar, along with TRC’s team of expert coaches, to discuss the aim and goals of TRC, as well as its programs designed to help runners reach their personal goals with proper coaching and direction.
The running event was likewise backed by partners Pocari Sweat (hydration partner), The Real Company, Pure Pantry, and Inheritance Wellness.
