LASIK Teleconsultation
Shinagawa provides free teleconsultation for our post-LASIK patients whose mobility is limited. This service includes post-operative consultations conducted via video conferencing applications and is part of your LASIK aftercare/warranty.
Please note that this service is available only for post-LASIK patients who are in their (3rd) third month or later and for non-emergency cases. For urgent concerns, we still recommend scheduling an appointment at our facilities.

How to take a photo of your eyes:
With your camera, aim at the center of your eyes (both right and left) while using proper lighting. This will produce a clear photo of your eyes for easier reference. Upload the photo of your left eye first, followed by your right eye.
