JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in pleasingly
- Assist walk-in clients/patients’ inquiries
- Respond to telephone calls and answer any query correctly
- Gathers patient information by collecting demographic information
- Proper issuance of receipt and safekeeping of cashier’s copy
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that
- amounts are correct
- Calculate total payments received during a period, and reconcile this with
- total sales
- Submit daily sales report
- Other tasks that Management may assign from time to time are relevant to the job
- position
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or any
- equivalent course.
- Willing to be assigned to the BCC branch
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
