Promo Mechanics:
- LASIK screening and procedure period shall be from July 1-20, 2025 ONLY. LASIK for 2 slots are limited. First book, first serve policy applies.
- Promo is applicable in all Shinagawa branches (BGC and Ortigas).
- Both patients must schedule their screening and surgery on the same day, and must both be qualified for LASIK to avail.
- If patients are recommended/required different LASIK types after the screening, they will pay the procedure with the higher amount. The procedure with the lower price will be the one to be considered free.
- The additional ₱15,000 discount will only be applied if both referrals undergo the same LASIK procedure, and it will be deducted from the total price for both.
- If only one (1) patient will push through with the procedure, regular SRC promo price will be followed (50% discount + P10k off)
- Appointments must be booked in advance via the Shinagawa Rewards Circle website only. No walk-ins allowed.
- The promotional discount or free item(s)/services(s) is not convertible to cash, discount or other item(s).
- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
